Couldn't recommend more for a fleeting stay

Comfortable room, attentive staff, and great spa facilities, with express check-in that made our arrival seamless and a well-maintained indoor swimming pool we enjoyed during our stay.

A peaceful night away with decent leisure facilities, including a pool and jacuzzi that cater to relaxation. Clean and comfortable standard double room with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The bar lacked adequate staffing during peak hours, leading to frustrating delays in service. I noticed the restaurant could use some improvements. A vegan pizza ended up having the wrong cheese, and substitutions took far too long. The hotel looked worn, and some areas, like the uneven paving leading to the accessible door, could use maintenance. While amenities were available, the service flow and upkeep felt slightly lacking, which impacted the overall experience.

The room was spacious and comfy, but the distant location was inconvenient.

Had a lovely 2-night stay where I enjoyed a fantastic massage and relaxed in the sauna. The indoor pool was a great spot to unwind after a long day, and I really appreciated the clean and spacious room. The only downside was that the breakfast options could use a bit more variety. 😊

We loved the welcoming staff, especially their attentiveness to my elderly parents. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was clean and comfortable for all of us. The lovely setting made our family gathering memorable.

In my wife’s opinion, swim times for kids were disappointing.

Had a pretty enjoyable time! The room was clean and comfy, and the staff were super friendly. Loved the spa facilities, especially the pool. Only bummer was the food, pricey for what we got, and service was a bit slow. Breakfast wasn't the best either, felt kinda chaotic. 2 nights were nice though!

Brilliant stay!

Had a fab time! The room was super cozy, and I got a solid night's sleep. Breakfast was really tasty, especially the full English. The hot tub experience was just what I needed. Only bummer was having to wait for check-in longer than expected. Staff were friendly, though, which made it all better!

Had a fantastic group vacation with friends! We explored a nearby beautiful country park and visited a historical steam railway, which was a great experience. The breakfasts were excellent, and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Just a heads-up, the leisure facilities are a bit small, but it didn’t take away from our stay!

One downside was the distance to our room from reception. it involved multiple staircases and corridors, which may not be suitable for everyone.

Decent golf course nearby. The service during dinner was slow, which was frustrating. Breakfast options were extensive and good. Clean room, comfortable stay.

Fantastic Stay with Friendly Service

I had a great experience during my stay, where the staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The spacious room was comfortable, and I enjoyed the diverse selection of food available for breakfast, including fresh fruits and warm options. the hotel could benefit from more air conditioning in common areas as it was quite warm during my visit. I would definitely recommend this place!
